VPS Group completes the acquisition of Durus Sécurité – a major player in private security in France
The VPS Group has embarked on the next phase of growth, with the acquisition of Durus Sécurité, into the VPS family.
The acquisition of Durus Sécurité, a recognised and respected brand in the French market, is part of the VPS’s growth strategy and brings business synergies which will enhance our position as leaders in the French temporary security market.
The joining of Durus Sécurité into the VPS France business, will bring additional resources into the French team, establishing a new roadmap focusing on increased volume and consolidating the Group’s position as a high quality global partner in the temporary security industry, with an integrated temporary security service offering.

VPS Group business units Nexus and VPS Site Security are approved by the SIA within the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) for Security Guarding, Key Holding and CCTV.
