Group Chief Legal, People and Corporate Development Officer
Suzy joined VPS Group in March 2016 as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, being appointed to the Board as a Director in July 2018. During her time at VPS, Suzy’s role has expanded to include HR, Corporate Development and Sustainability, and she was promoted to Chief Legal, People and Corporate Development Officer in April 2022.
Suzy started her career at Allen & Overy LLP, where she qualified into the banking team working as a Senior Associate, spending time abroad and on client secondment. She then moved in-house to Credit Agricole IB where she covered a range of transactions including leveraged finance and restructurings.
Suzy holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester LLB (Hons).
