Evander.

Evander was acquired by VPS in March 2016. The division focuses on the establishment of Safe, Secure, and Sustainable workplaces through the provision of domestic and commercial FM services (both reactive and planned), residential home improvement, and the provision of noise abatement work.

Evander’s core markets are insurance and home emergency but has successfully delivered growth in noise insulation, facilities management and has a nascent B2C channel.

Nexus.

As of the 29th of July 2022, the VPS Group are delighted to confirm the acquisition of Nexus National Security Network, the UK’s security outsourcing experts.

Nexus, developed its bespoke ‘Link’ SaaS Platform, which has handled over a million responses, via its website linkbynexus .com. It has become the go-to provider for outsourced security solutions in the UK, providing a range of security options from mobile patrols to static guarding, using their highly skilled and accredited supply chain of network partners.
